Description of Organization:
Torat Reva Yerushalayim provides Torah study groups for the elderly residents of southern Jerusalem in nursing homes, senior centers and assisted living communities. Torat Reva Yerushalayim also offers unique Bar/Bat-Mitzvah Programs culminating in Jerusalem.
Bnai Mitzvah Projects or Volunteer Opportunities offered by the organization for children ages 11 - 13:
Nursing Home: Those visiting Israel can volunteer at a Jerusalem nursing home- pay a friendly visit, play an instrument, work on an art project or conduct a Torah study class.
Soldiers: Students around the world can raise money for gift baskets for the soldiers protecting Jerusalem. Those visiting Israel can help prepare and deliver the baskets to the soldiers.
