Description of Organization:

SCOPE provides children from underserved communities with life changing opportunities through the experience of summer camp.

SCOPE funds camp scholarships “camperships” to send children who commit to staying in school to nonprofit, resident camps which will empower them to develop to their full potential.

SCOPE works closely with you to create a project based on your interests and hobbies. Your efforts will be directly responsible for giving chidren, who otherwise couldn’t afford it, the chance to experience the magic of summer camp!

Middle and High School: The SCOPE Junior Leadership Council (JLC) is comprised of high school and middle school students who love summer camp and are motivated to give other children the chance to have the same wonderful camp experiences. With support from your families and friends, you can create projects that help raise funds for SCOPE. JLC members also have opportunities to volunteer and SCOPE events throughout the year.
