Unity Day was created to honor the memories of Eyal Yifrah, Gil-ad Shaer, and Naftali Frenkel and to harness the tremendous power of Jewish unity experienced in June 2014 following their kidnapping.
Three years have passed, and the power of once again participating as a unified Jewish population, with communities across the globe is needed. On June 8, Areyvut will be bringing the message of Jewish unity to Ben Porat Yosef fifth graders. We will run a Values Clarification program from 12:30-1:15 for 35 BPY fifth grade students. We hope that this program will inspire the fifth graders to inspire others to action.
