As part of a special Purim program, on Wednesday, March 17, from 10:30-2:30 Areyvut will train 34 Middle School students from Ezra Academy in the art of Mitzvah Clowning.
Participants will learn all about Mitzvah Clowning, bikkur cholim, kavod habriyot, how to make balloon animals and apply clown make-up. Immediately following the training participants will put into action what they learn and visit with senior citizens at Coachman’s Square Assisted Living. After the training, participants will utilize the skills they learn and will continue to Mitzvah Clown and visit those in need of a friendly visit. We are so excited to work with Ezra Academy and look forward to a fun, rewarding and meaningful program!
