Areyvut is pleased to partner with Teaneck Volunteer Ambulance Corps. (TVAC) on a new free series for high school students.  The goal of this series is to meaningfully engage teens, teach them skills that can profoundly impact them in general and in their work babysitting, facilitating youth or groups in shul and in camp and simultaneously build TVAC’s capacity and pipeline.  No prior experience necessary.  Students can attend all sessions or individual sessions as their schedule permits.

Session 3: Whether at home, on a hike or just hanging out with friends it is important to know what to do when someone gets hurt.  This session will cover everything from bleeding control, to basic splinting, to how to treat a bee sting.

The final session will be held on June 1.

The program is free and we encourage you to register below so that we know who is attending and be adequately prepared.

If you want to plan an event with Areyvut or to bring similar programs to your school, synagogue, agency and community, please contact us at (201) 244-6702 or info@areyvut.org.
