This Thanksgiving, join Areyvut for a meaningful day of gratitude, giving and hands-on chesed in Israel.
On Thursday, November 27, participants will have the opportunity to give back in two powerful ways — supporting those most in need while proactively strengthening the spirit of Am Yisrael.
🕗 8:00–9:30 am: Volunteer with Ohr Meir U’Bracha, packing food for victims of terror at 3 Yakim Street, Jerusalem.
🍞 10:00 am–8:00 pm (ongoing): Help prepare Shabbat meals for chayalim (4,300 meals every week!) at the Chamal of Gilo, located at 21 Shlomo Duga Street in the Gilo neighborhood of Jerusalem.
Each act of kindness is a reflection of the gratitude and unity that Thanksgiving represents. Whether you participate for an hour or the entire day, your presence makes a difference and brings light to those who need it most.
To register or learn more, contact Elana Kaplan at elana@areyvut.org or via WhatsApp at 917-805-0810.
Together, let’s turn Thanksgiving into a true day of thanks and giving — strengthening our commUNITY and celebrating the power of chesed in Israel.
