Chatter that Matters
As we reflect on our last 10 years, we thank those who have attended our chesed fairs, had Bnai Mitzvah consultations, participated inNational Mitzvah Day, worked as an intern in the Areyvut office, submitted an entry to our Bnai Mitzvah Video Essay Contest and countless others who have been involved with Areyvut in one way or another.

We always say that we truly believe the work we do is important and needed.  Now hear from those who have utilized our services and the impact we’ve had on them.
“At Areyvut I found that changing the world one person at a time is not only possible, but meaningful and important.  I will take the skills I learned and the knowledge I gained with me from now on.”
Becky S. – Areyvut

“Over the past ten years Areyvut has truly changed the way Jewish tweens and their parents think about chesed and what that means as one is entering Jewish adulthood.”

“The H.O.P.E. Program [run by Areyvut] really taught me a lot about tzedakah and different organizations in a fun way.  I really feel that I was able to give something to others in my community and around the world.”

“Thank you, Areyvut.  The Bnai Mitzvah consultation was so rewarding for our son and for us.  Your obvious interest in finding just the right opportunity for him, and the direction you gave him, enriched his experience as a bar mitzvah in a way that will have a lasting impact on him.”
Ezra & Tzippy H.

BRILLIANT, THOUGHTFUL, INSIGHTFUL, HELPFUL – AMAZING.  I can’t wait to use this [“A Kindness a Day” Calendar] with my youth philanthropy students as well as my campers this summer!  Kindness a day…every day this summer.  Love it.”
