Jewish Family & Children’s Services of Northern New Jersey (JFCS) is a non-profit organization providing professional social services of the highest caliber. JFCS builds strong families, thriving children, healthy seniors and vital communities.

Bnai Mitzvah Projects or Volunteer Opportunities offered by the organization for children ages 11 - 13:

Jewish Family & Children’s Services of Northern New Jersey primarily offers volunteering roles with seniors, including: Friendly Visitor and Telephone Reassurance socialization roles; Kosher Meals on Wheels & Shabbat Meals driver roles; and Disaster Preparedness & Response roles. Additionally we have seasonal roles working with elementary school aged children in our Club ED homework assistance program, which runs during the school year.

14 (18 for some roles)
