Making a School Into a Community of Leaders

  In this article, the relationships between principals and teachers as well as between the teachers themselves, are brought to the table and discussed.  Potential power struggles and the teacher’s accountability for individual students over school-wide activities, leads to lack of initiative to take charge in other areas.  With communication and new models of leadership emerging, teachers can look forward to being more involved in decision-making, etc. in the future!
