The Sanctity of the Jewish Conversation

Robert Hyfler discusses how Jews learn by talking, and these conversations lead to action.  In this article, he lists different qualities that make these “Jewish conversations” sacred.  One aspect that he focuses on is being honest and respectful as opposed to polite and civil.  It is much better to respectfully disagree with someone than to humor them and act in a patronizing manner.  Jewish conversations are real and honest, trying to get at the truth.
