Areyvut will have the pleasure to lead a Mitzvah Clown training next Sunday, June 30 for NCSY’s GIVE USA at the Jewish Home at Rockleigh. Through this program we will teach 53 new people the art of Mitzvah Clowning, engage 40 high school students and leaders from across the country and bring joy to more than 150 residents at the Jewish Home.
We appreciate the hospitality of the Jewish Home in hosting the training and in enabling us to visit their residents and are thrilled that GIVE USA will be kicking off their summer with Mitzvah Clowning and will be utilizing the skills they learn and gain throughout the summer and beyond. As I have said before, Mitzvah Clowning is the gift that keeps on giving because once these 53 participants are trained they can continue and can bring this program and the lessons they learn back to their schools, synagogues and communities.
