An interesting article in The Chronicle of Philanthropy tells about a preschool based in Boca Raton, Florida that has added in lessons with philanthropic messages. Through discussions, art projects, and songs a few times a week, The Learning Experience Academy of Early Education is aiming to instill in the toddlers some lessons about charity and giving.
The article does not talk about what kind of art projects or discussions they have, but I am curious about and impressed with this initiative. You are never too young to learn about giving.
