Mordecai Holtz writes an interesting article about the different ways in which we need to engage the younger generations to get them involved in volunteering and supporting non-profit organizations. He explains that the younger generations are not interested in just donating money, but that instead they want to be more actively involved in forming and shaping different ways to help and make a difference. According to Holtz, it is crucial that we engage them and use social media in order to spread the cause and keep them interested and involved. These are some of the things that Areyvut uses and will continue to use in order to engage the younger generations and get them more active in volunteering and chesed.
