In San Diego, the Jewish Women’s Foundation understands the difficulties teenage girls often have. They have developed a way to change the way teenage girls see themselves and others, in a positive way. This progress involves what they call the “Four Cs,” namely, Convening, Collaboration, and Coaching, which together will then lead to Change. The process includes new programming where teenage girls will have a safe place to be themselves and develop in a healthy manner. This is a wonderful initiative, one that is very important for today’s teenagers (their parents and educators) and we look forward to working together with them in the future.
