Debra Askanase’s article, “Measuring the Return on Engagement of Community Commitment,” enables us to see how to better use the technology around us and to understand what our social media networking is doing for us and the people we serve. Social media has the power to reach everyone and it’s good to see how best to measure it so we know what is and is not working. There is such potential for reaching everyone with a positive message and with what our organization has to offer and we hope that by using social media everyone can benefit.
