This article introduces us to David Campbell who is on the Board of Directors of the Family & Children’s Services in Ithaca and on the Board for the United Way of New York State as well as a teacher at Binghamton University. “Campbell said that if he contributes to someone else giving back, that itself is rewarding to him” and we should all remember that one person’s contribution to others, be it teaching, parenting, or being on a board, can make all the difference . Instilling a love for philanthropy in our students and children is possible and David Campbell is an excellent example of that. We at Areyvut applaud the work that David Campbell and his priceless lessons which we can all benefit from.
