Mark Young asks great questions in his article on training for experiential educators and it awesome that programs like his at JTS and YU exist to effectively train experiential and informal Jewish educators. He highlights agencies the program participants visited and I welcome the opportunity to learn from Areyvut and am confident that we can gain a great deal from them, so it can be a win win for everyone.
