Helping. Aiding. Caring. Impacting. Wouldn’t it be wonderful if these words could be translated into actions by your children?

By partnering with Areyvut, you can ensure that these actions as well as the core Jewish values of chesed (kindness), tzedakah (charity) and tikkun olam (social justice) are infused in the lives of Jewish youth locally, nationally and globally. Together, we can inspire our youth to integrate these values into their lives- forever.

Areyvut gives teens and teens the tools to be and stay socially conscious. Through Bnai Mitzvah Fairs, Mitzvah Clowning, a National Mitzvah Day, Jewish teen philanthropy programs and more, Areyvut empowers Jewish youth of all denominations to become responsible and empathetic members of the Jewish community and society at large.

In the last year, Areyvut has mobilized more than 2,000 Jewish youth to get involved in chesed.

  • Students attending Hillel Torah in Skokie, IL decorated hats for children living with cancer.
  • Members of Congregation Beth Israel in Andover, MA prepared lunches for people living in a local homeless shelter.
  • Residents of the St. Paul, MN Jewish community were trained as Mitzvah Clowns and brought joy, smiles and happiness to the residents of a local senior care facility.

Areyvut’s programs receive positive and enthusiastic responses testifying to the immediate impact Areyvut has on participants and their communities. We fell challenged to meet the growing needs of participants and alumni in order to maintain their dedication to socially responsible behavior. We can only do this with your help.

Please make Areyvut a part of your charitable giving this summer. Help make a difference.
