This a question that Aryeh Rubin, the founder and director of Targum Shlishi tackles in an op-ed in the JTA.
Clearly Jewish leaders is an important issue to us at Areyvut as through our programs and initiatives we help program participants develop leadership skills to enable them to be the next generation of activists, educators and communal leaders.
