On Sunday, September 13 Do Not Separate Yourself from Community

There is always one Sunday in September that is filled with community events. Because of Labor Day being late (yes, I know that sounds weird) and the way the chagim (Jewish holidays) fall out this year, this Sunday, September 13th is the day with loads of events. Here is a sampling of some of the community events this Sunday:

So regardless of your affiliation and geographic locale, this Sunday do something to show your involvement in your community. You can literally spend the entire day involved in chesed, tzedakah and tikkun olam. What better way to spend a Sunday and to prepare for Rosh Hashana?
