Many students are home for the summer and seeking fun and mea ningful opportunities in the evening.  We are pleased to now launch a ne w pop up hands on weekly project called Pizza &\; Projects that we hope to run one night per week for the next six weeks.\n\nPizza &\; Project s: The program is for incoming 4th\, 5th\, 6th and 7th graders and will ta ke place in the back room at EJ's. No prior experience is necessary.\n\nWh ile parents are encouraged to stay and dine at EJ's with their family\, Pi zza and Projects is geared for students going into 4th\, 5th and 6th grade .\n\nSession 1: Recycling for a Cause\n\n Are you passionate about the en vironment?\n Are you someone who enjoys reusing things?\n Do you like an imals?\n Do you enjoy helping people?\n\nIf you answered yes to any of th ese questions you will love this project.\n\nDuring this inaugural session \, participants will use recycled materials to create dog toys and headban ds. Those with dogs can take a dog toy home for their dog and the rest wil l be donated to a local shelter. The headbands will be donated to children facing cancer at Tomorrows Children's Fund at Hackensack University Medic al Center. It will be a fun\, meaningful and productive hour.\n\nFuture Se ssions: We anticipate the remaining sessions of the program will meet from 6 to 7 on Tuesday's and are coordinating all the details and all future s essions will be posted at https://areyvut.org/events/.\n\nFee: $15 per ses sion and that will include pizza\, a drink and the supplies for the projec t.\n\nThe fee will be administered when the program begins. You do not nee d to register in advance and can simply send your child with cash or a che ck made payable to Areyvut.\n\nWe do not want money to be a barrier to par ticipation.
