DESCRIPTION:Sunday\, March 2\, 2014\n\nAreyvut will be running it's first e
 ver Mitzvah Clowning Program in Maryland.\n\nThe training is sponsored by 
 the Bikur Cholim of Greater Washington and will be led by Michal Levine\, 
 Areyvut's Program Associate. Participants will discuss Mitzvah Clowning\, 
 what makes it Jewish\, the goals\, target audience\, the differences and s
 imilarities between a "regular" clown\, role play different scenarios and 
 will learn how to create balloon animals and apply clown makeup. Immediate
 ly following the training\, participants will put their knowledge into act
 ion when visiting with residents at the Hebrew Home of Greater Washington.
  The Bikur Cholim of Greater Washington plans to coordinate additional sit
 e visits. Details of the additional site visits will be announced at the t
 raining.\n\nWe are so excited to bring this program to the community and l
