DESCRIPTION:Tuesday\, December 17\, 2013\n\nAreyvut is pleased to offer Fol
 low the Leader\, a unique program that explores leadership to 9th-11th gra
 ders at the Westchester Jewish Center.\n\nIn Follow the Leader participant
 s will learn traits of effective leaders\, become familiar with different 
 leadership styles and understand the influence and impact leaders have on 
 others. They will examine the lives of several historical and contemporary
  Jewish (and general) leaders. Through discussion\, self-assessments and a
  variety of experiential activities participants will identify personal at
 tributes that relate to effective leadership\, develop team building strat
 egies and cultivate their own personal leadership skills for life.\n\nWe a
 re thrilled to partner with the Westchester Jewish Center on this exciting
  program and are confident it will be a meaningful and exciting program fo
 r all those involved.\n\nAreyvut will be facilitating this program on Tues
 day evenings from 6:20-8:00 at the synagogue.\n\nProgram dates: November 5
 \, 12 and 19 and December 3\, 10 and 17\n\nThis course is part of the West
 chester Jewish Teen Learning Initiative (WJTLI)\, coordinated by The Jewis
 h Education Project with generous funding from UJA-Federation of New York
