DESCRIPTION:Areyvut is pleased to offer Follow the Leader\, a unique progra
 m that explores leadership to 11th and 12th graders at the Scarsdale Synag
 ogue Temples Tremont and Emmanu-El.\n\nIn Follow the Leader participants w
 ill learn traits of effective leaders\, become familiar with different lea
 dership styles and understand the influence and impact leaders have on oth
 ers.  They will examine the lives of several historical and contemporary 
 Jewish (and general) leaders.  Through discussion\, self-assessments and 
 a variety of experiential activities participants will identify personal a
 ttributes that relate to effective leadership\, develop team building stra
 tegies and cultivate their own personal leadership skills for life.\n\nWe 
 are thrilled to partner with the Scarsdale Synagogue Temples Tremont and E
 mmanu-El on this exciting program and are confident it will be a meaningfu
 l and exciting program for all those involved.\n\nAreyvut will be facilita
 ting this program on Wednesday evenings from 6:30-7:50 at the synagogue.\
