DESCRIPTION:Better Together: A Transformational Intergenerational Experienc
 e\nThe initial session will take place on Wednesday\, January 28\, 2026. I
 f you are interested in participating please contact us to express your in
 terest.\n\nWe’re excited to launch a new year and cohort of Better Toget
 her\, an inspiring leadership program designed for high school freshmen\, 
 sophomores\, juniors and seniors (and yes seniors we know what it says on 
 the flyer below and you are welcome and encouraged to join this incredible
  program). This unique initiative connects teens with senior citizens\, fo
 stering meaningful relationships while helping participants grow\, reflect
  and develop life skills that last well beyond the program.\nWhy Join Bett
 er Together?\n\n 	You are a leader. This program will help you strengthen 
 leadership skills and confidence.\n 	Build commUNITY. Meet peers from diff
 erent grades and schools while creating bonds across generations.\n 	Make 
 a real impact. Spend quality time with residents—play games\, do arts an
 d crafts and more.\n 	Stand out for college. Participation looks great on 
 applications and can inspire powerful essays.\n 	Grow personally. Learn em
 pathy\, communication and teamwork skills that will serve you for life.\n 
 	Give back. Make a difference in the lives of others—and be transformed 
 in the process.\n\nSpecial Opportunity\nBetter Together includes an Essay 
 Contest. If at least 10 participants submit essays\, one will win $5\,000 
 toward a future Jewish experience such as summer camp or an Israel trip. W
 hile the program itself is rewarding\, this adds an exciting bonus!\nCommi
 tment\nJoining Better Together is like joining a team—you commit to atte
 nding every session. We’ve made it easy by scheduling sessions back-to-b
 ack:\n\n 	5:30–6:30 PM: Connect with seniors at CareOne (544 Teaneck Roa
 d)\n 	6:30–7:30 PM: Enjoy dinner and a teen-only training session\n\nHow
