SUMMARY:5780 Erev Yom Kippur Chesed Program
DESCRIPTION:Join Areyvut for our annual Pre-Yom Kippur Chesed Program.\n\nC
 hildren will have the opportunity to create chesed projects for those in n
 eed\, a wonderful way to spend some time before Yom Kippur. All projects w
 ill benefit communal agencies and participants will be able to take some p
 rojects home to enhance their family and chagim.\n\nThe extended program t
 his year will include an awesome\, fun and entertaining Carnival!\n\nThis 
 program is geared for children in pre-kindergarten through 4th grade\, alt
 hough children of all ages are welcome.  Parents are encouraged to stay a
 nd those dropping children off must provide a contact number in case of em
 ergency.\n\nThe program will be taking place in the Weiss Auditorium at He
 ichal HaTorah/the Jewish Center of Teaneck.  We ask that you enter from t
 he main entrance on Sterling Place.\n\nThe fee is $25 per participant. To 
 encourage you to register in advance we are offering a $5 discount for tho
 se that register before midnight on Tuesday\, October 1. Those that regist
 er after the early bird deadline including walk-ins on the day of the even
 t will pay $25. Please note that we have not raised the price for this eve
 nt in several years and we run the program to a) engage kids from a young 
 age in actively doing good and b) to provide parents some time to prepare 
 for Yom Kippur while knowing your child is safe\, having fun and meaningfu
 lly engaged.\n\nThe fee covers all project related supplies\, snacks and t
 he really fun Carnival.\n\nPlease support our commUNITY unity and building
  programs and include Areyvut in your Erev Yom Kippur charitable giving an
 d help . All donations and sponsorship's are tax deductible. Every donor w
 ill receive our sincerest thanks and a hard copy thank you and acknowledge
 ment letter for tax purposes. \n\nCompleted projects will be given to ben
 eficiary agencies locally.\n\nWalk-ins are welcomed and encouraged. No one
  will be turned away from this event.\n\nThis program is dedicated in memo
 ry of Eliyahu ben Moshe HaCohen and Chiena Miza bat Moshe\, Edward and Mit
 zi Traurig.\n\nBy participating in this program you grant Areyvut permissi
