DESCRIPTION:The 16th annual Global Day of Unplugging is March 7-8\, 2025 su
 ndown to sundown wherever you are and is an important annual international
  initiative where people are encouraged to unplug and go 24 hours without 
 their technology\, cell phones\, computers and to instead use that time to
  actively reflect\, renew and recharge and spend quantity and quality time
  with family\, friends and colleagues.  For more than a decade\, individu
 als\, families\, schools\, religious institutions and businesses have used
  this as an opportunity to inspire healthy life/tech balance for themselve
 s and their communities.  Participation is free and open to anyone who wi
 shes to elevate human connection over digital engagement.\n\nAreyvut is ag
