DESCRIPTION:The 14th annual Global Day of Unplugging is March 3-42023 and i
 s an important annual international initiative where people are encouraged
  to unplug and go 24 hours without their technology\, cell phones\, comput
 ers\, etc. and to use this time to actively reflect\, renew and recharge a
 nd spend quantity and quality time with family\, friends and colleagues. 
  For more than a decade\, individuals\, families\, schools\, religious ins
 titutions and businesses have used this as an opportunity to inspire healt
 hy life/tech balance for themselves and their communities.  Participation
  is free and open to anyone who wishes to elevate human connection over di
 gital engagement.\n\nAreyvut is again proud to participate in this effort
