DESCRIPTION:Even if you are seeing this after April 10\, 2022 we encourage 
 you to still do this as the world can always use active kindness and this 
 can positively impact you and many others.  You have nothing to lose and 
 a lot to gain.  \n\nWe are pleased to present our 18th Annual National M
 itzvah Day in conjunction with Good Deeds Day.  The packet below contains
  hundreds of ideas that can be done in person or virtually today and throu
 ghout the year.\n\nHere is how it works:\n\n 	Select an idea\, two\, three
  or 18 from the extensive list below.\n 	The list has ideas that you can d
 o with sensitivity to COVID restrictions and reality the world over while 
 still meaningfully helping and impacting others.\n 	The day is dedicated i
 n honor of the many agencies and individuals who are actively helping the 
 Ukrainian refugees in any and all ways.\n 	Please send any pictures or vid
 eo clips to us of you actively doing good and/or any ideas to be added to 
 the booklet or suggestions to  info@areyvut.org.\n 	We encourage you to u
